| Abstract: | Показано, що у стародавньому світі спостерігається поступовий перехід від міфолого-язичницького розуміння безпеки до її абстрактно-понятійного тлумачення. Аналіз небезпек і негараздів у стародавніх підходах побудований на основі критичного ставлення до дійсності, в процесі якого виробляються гносеологічні та логічні критерії для оцінювання безпеки буття. Обґрунтовується, що розвиток знань про безпеку у даний період відбувається в результаті активного аналізу природних і соціальних процесів. Показано, что в древнем мире наблюдается постепенный переход от мифолого-языческого понимания безопасности к ее абстрактно-понятийному толкованию. Анализ опасностей и проблем в древних подходах построен на основе критического отношения к действительности, в процессе которого вырабатываются гносеологические и логические критерии для оценивания безопасности бытия. Обосновывается, что развитие знаний о безопасности происходит в результате активного анализа природных и социальных процессов. |
| Description: | The comprehension of dangers accompanying life of man compelled and compels people to begin to think about the possible variants of rescue - economies of body, soul, continuation of own life and existence of human family. The results of analysis of scientific sources and publications testify that the problem of safety the last years became extraordinarily popular and used so widely, that often enough is impossible to distinguish essence and limits of application of basic component concepts and categories in this context. Therefore there is a necessity to specify essence and maintenance of the philosophical understanding of problem of safety on the basis of retrospective analysis of inheritance of the most characteristic representatives of philosophical idea in this direction, that is the aim of this article. The characteristic ideas about safety, conditioned by the world view formed on this stage of development, were formed in every concrete historical epoch. The ideal of safe life, when in international relations would adhere to the universally recognized norms of justice, mounts to times to antiquity, when an idea was about a gold century, about the happy, safe and carefree state of man. Ancient Greeks, mainly, bound safety to absence of war, at the same time, they saw in foreigners enemies and counted them and all, that it is fixed them, by a good booty, if she can be taken only. In basis of ancient version of myth, that reached to us, about a gold century folk mythological ideas lie about the best life: free, deserving, replete and, mainly, safe. In the epoch of bloom of ancient philosophy there was an idea of general safety in the spotlight of thinkers. However, a question about safety was examined only as a inner problem (inner world), and the outer world was considered a short interruption between necessary in social sense wars (Plato, Aristotle). Ancient thinkers aspired only to the removal of intestine wars. In the epoch of late antiquity actual was a question, how to provide happiness to everybody. An answer to epicureism consisted in that good life is prosperity and absence of pain and suffering. Eepicureism gives the special value to the refined and safe types of blessing, that a man is able to control. And Greeks, and Romans, could not acknowledge the idea of achievement of safety through the eternal world already through the attitude toward barbarians. |
