| Abstract: | Анализируются особенности института трудовых договоров, регулируемого законодательством стран СНГ. Проводится мысль о своеобразии данного правого института в этих странах, нецелесообразности «слепого» копирования зарубежного опыта регламентирования договорных отношений на рынке труда. |
| Description: | In this work an author conducts an analysis features of labour contracts in the countries of the NIS. In the article is conducted an idea that in the countries of the NIS a labour contract has features, that it is not needed to copy foreign experience of adjusting of contractual relations at the market of labour. |
