Исследуются особенности учета видов множественности при наличии их в деле как обстоятельств, отягчающих наказание, рассматриваются проблемы, возникающие на практике при назначении наказания. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to the analysis of repetition and recidivism as circumstances being able to strengthen punishment within the limits of the concrete Article of the Criminal Code Special Chapter. The peculiarities of the registration of plurality kinds, if they are present in the case as aggravating circumstances, have been investigated; the problems arising in practice during the prescribing of punishment have been considered. |
