| Description: | In the article development is analyzed legislation of Ukraine about the personal peasant economies. As a result of research the selection of the followings periods of development of the indicated legislation is offered: of times of the USSR; after proclamation of independence of Ukraine and to 2003 years; from 2003 and to today. |
