| Abstract: | Обоснована роль учредительного собрания в условиях конституционной реформы. Раскрыто предназначение этой институции як способа урегулирования конституционного кризиса. Рассмотрены особенности конституционно-правового регулирования статуса конституант Болгарии, Эстонии и Исландии. Выявлена взаимосвязь способа формирования и объема компетенции ассамблей и уровня демократических преобразований в этих странах. |
| Description: | The role of constituent assembly in conditions of the constitutional reform has been proved. The essence of this institution as the way of regulating the constitutional crisis has been stated. The features of the constitutional regulation of the constituent status of Bulgaria, Estonia and Iceland have been considered. The correlation of the way of formation and amount of the competence of assemblies and the state of democracy transformations in these countries have been exposed. |
