| Abstract: | Статья посвящена определению роли значения правовой системы общества. Освящаются различные подходы к структуре правовой системы, особенное внимание уделяется интеллектуально-психологическому уровню. Определяется, что именно эта составляющая в структуре правовой системы представляется собой совокупность взглядов на право и другие правовые явления, которые делятся на правовую психологию, правовую идеологию и правовую культуру. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to the determination of the role and importance of a society law system. Different approaches to the structure of a law system are considered and the main attention is paid to the intellectual and psychological level. It is determined that this very constituent in the structure of a law system represent the combination of views on law and other law phenomena which, are divided into law psychology, law ideology and law culture. |
