| Abstract: | В статье раскрываются вопросы, характеризующие деятельность прокуратуры по противодействию правонарушениям. Прокуратура рассматривается как координационная структура в системе правоохранительных органов. В своей работе она должна постоянно направлять контролирующие организации на эффективную проверку состояния законности. Предлагаются пути повышения качества прокурорской деятельности. |
| Description: | The law enforcement problems of the state are investigated in the article. The accent is put on the Prosecutor’s office consolidating role among organizations controlling the technological process in the agrarian area. The weak point of the legitimacy regime is the result of the Prosecutor’s office ineffective work. The ways of the Prosecutor’s office activity improvent are proposed here. |
