| Abstract: | Статья посвящена проблемам налоговых правоотношений. Анализируются и обобщаются позиции ученых-финансистов на поднятые вопросы. Уточняются отличительные черты налоговых правоотношений. Делается вывод, что определение содержания понятия «налоговые правоотношения», а также выделение их особенностей имеет важное теоретическое и практическое значение. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to the problems of tax legal relations. Positions of scientists-financiers on the brought up questions are analyzed and generalised. Distinctive features of tax legal relations are specified. The conclusion is done that definition of the contents of the concept «tax legal relations», and also allocation of features of the last ones have important theoretical and practical importance. |
