| Abstract: | На основе анализа нормативно-правовых актов выделяются и анализируются 3 направления работы усовершенствования финансирования судебной системы: а) надлежащее нормативно-правовое обеспечение судов; б) необходимое материально-техническое их оснащение; в) достаточный уровень материального вознаграждения судей и работников аппарата судов. |
| Description: | On the basis of the analysis of the legal acts are allocated and analyzed 3 directions of improvement of financing the judicial system: a) appropriate legal maintenance of courts; b) necessary material and technical equipment; c) sufficient level of material compensation of the judges and workers of courts. |
