| Abstract: | Статья посвящена правовой природе отношений в модели публично-частного партнерства в инновационной сфере. Доказана частноправовая основа отношений между партнерами, проанализированы принципы построения отношений, расширен подход к субъектному составу партнерства в рамках национальной инновационной системы. Изучены различные формы партнерства, договорные и институциональные, в зависимости от содержания отношений в инновационной сфере. |
| Description: | The article concerns the problem of legal nature of the relationship in a model of public-private partnership in innovation. It was proved the private law basis of relations between the partners, analyzed the principles of relationships building, it was expanded approach to the subjects of a partnership within the national innovation system. It was studied various forms of partnership, contractual and institutional, depending on the content of the relations in the innovation sphere. |
