| Abstract: | У статті розглянуто проблему виникнення і розповсюдження соціальної девіантності (відхилення) в сучасному українському суспільстві під впливом деструктивної політики влади. Аналізуються причини наростання аномії як основи девіантності суспільства. Аргументується думка про те, що посилення аномічного стану соціуму і сплеск соціальної девіантності виявляється внаслідок безвідповідальності та бездіяльності влади, політика якої заклала деструктивно-дезінтегративні основи у розвиток української держави і суспільства. Пропонуються шляхи зниження рівня соціальної аномії і девіантності в Україні. В статье рассмотрена проблема возникновения и распространения социальной девиантности (отклонения) в современном украинском обществе под влиянием деструктивной политики власти. Анализируются причины нарастания аномии как основы девиантности общества. Аргументируется мнение о том, что усиление аномичного состояния социума и всплеск социальной девиантности проявляется вследствие безответственности и бездействия власти, политика которой заложила деструктивно-дезинтегративные основы в развитие украинского государства и общества. Предлагаются пути снижения уровня социальной аномии и девиантности в Украине. |
| Description: | The article deals with the problem of the problem of the spread of social deviance (SD) in Ukrainian society under the influence of the destructive policy of the government during the presidency of Viktor Yanukovych’s regime, which led to significant negative consequences for society and the state. The author tries to study out how destructive government policy contributes to anomic status of society and the spread of social deviance, citing an example of social deviations in today’s political process in our country. The author notes that the splash of social deviance is manifesting in mass disregard and violation of existing law and morals, increasing of the number of unlawful acts, spreading of crime, antisocial behavior ect. The decline of the fundamental values and behavioral patterns, the destruction of the traditional system of orientations of society, moral traditions of Ukrainians, the history of our people ect. in the absence or lack of control by the state for the negative behaviors of the individual and social groups that may pose a serious social threat, on the one hand, and problematic functioning of all spheres of Ukrainian state, on the other hand, during the former fugitive-president led to the disruption of society and the loss of Ukrainian society moral values and normative orientations, their discordance to existing realities. The role of the media, mainly television and the Internet – the most powerful resource of power that against the background of a long multi-state crisis and the deterioration of life of the Ukrainian people were the source of traumatization of society through the continuous representation of negative and immoral media products which is not a subject of its content monitoring and affects the assimilation by users of antisocial, immoral views on life, which for certain time become social position of individuals, was emphasized in article. The accent is made on the fact that as a result of irresponsibility and negligence of government policy which laid the foundation disintegrative and destructive base to the development of our state and society, in the absence of clear moral regulation of behavior, most of which are not perceived the current norms, anomic state of society is strengthen and number of deviant symptoms are increasing, the criminality is increasing, and abuse of rules of conduct and morality is taking place. It is proved that the destructive impact of government on society distorts ethical and legal consciousness of people, and this, in turn, leads to a high probability of social rejection of a specific person or group of persons. It is indicated that reduction of social anomie and deviance overcome in Ukraine may only be possible under the conditions of effective policy, the result of which will be the development of the economy, ensuring the welfare and development of society, the principles of its structure, regulation of human behavior, social relations and social being ingeneral, creation of decent living to every person and opportunities for its selfrealization. |
