| Abstract: | Статья посвящена анализу закрепления на конституционном уровне одного из основоположных прав человека – права на объединения и толкованию соответствующих норм. Определены правовые рамки конституционного права на объединения, разработаны доктринальные подходы толкования права на объединения в соответствии с общепризнанными международными стандартами. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to the analysis of fixing at constitutional level one of basic human rights – the right on associations and to interpretation of the proper norms. The legal scopes of constitutional right on associations are certain, doctrine approaches of interpretation of right on associations are developed in accordance with confessedly international standards. |
