| Abstract: | В статье исследуется статус трубопроводов как недвижимых вещей. Для этого проанализировано закрепленное в законодательстве понятие недвижимости, выделены существенные признаки недвижимых вещей, а также проведена классификация этих объектов гражданских прав. Сделан вывод, что трубопроводы полностью соответствуют признакам недвижимых вещей, в частности, они физически и юридически тесно связаны с определенным земельным участком. Трубопроводы следует отнести к сооружениям. |
| Description: | Тhe article investigates the status of the pipeline a real thing. To this end, analyzed enshrined in law the concept of property, identified the essential features of an immovable, as well as the classification of objects of civil rights. Concluded that the pipeline fully meet the characteristics of immovables, in particular, they are closely physically and legally associated with a particular plot of land. Pipelines should be attributed to constructions. |
