| Abstract: | Сучасна освітня ситуація не лише в нашій країні, а й в глобальному просторі потребує переосмислення. ООН, ЮНЕСКО, Римський клуб, Міжнародний Всесвітній форум в Давосі значну увагу приділили формуванню нового образу освіти, зосереджуючи на компетентнісному підході. Мові в цьому процесі належить без сумніву вагома роль. В статті доводиться, що іншомовна компетенція і компетенції з фаху - єдиний навчальний комплекс. Він постає як базова компетенція фахівця-випускника вузу. Без такої компетенції неможлива Global competence, що засвідчила пандемія COVID-19. Аналізується формування фахових компетенцій майбутніх юристів в контексті Global competence, Global English, Soft Skills. |
| Description: | The current educational situation not only in our country, but also in the global space needs to be rethought. The UN, UNESCO, the Club of Rome, and the International World Forum in Davos have paid considerable attention to the formation of a new image of education, focusing on the competence approach. Language undoubtedly plays an important role in this process. The article proves that foreign language competence and competences in the specialty - a single educational complex. It appears as a basic competence of a graduate specialist. Without such competence, Global competence is impossible, as evidenced by the COVID-19 pandemic. The formation of professional competencies of future lawyers in the context of Global competence, Global English, Soft Skills is analyzed. |
