| Abstract: | У статті проаналізовано стан нормативно-правового та організаційного забезпечення реалізації адаптації виборчого законодавства, винайдено основні недоліки процедури проведення адаптації в Україні, запропоновано підходи для сприяння цьому процесові з боку органів державної влади та шляхи їхнього усунення. Розкрите поняття «правова адаптація», її зміст. Визначені основні напрями подальшого проведення адаптації виборчого законодавства. В статье проанализировано состояние нормативно правового и организационного обеспечения реализации адаптации избирательного законодательства, изобретены основные недостатки процедуры проведения адаптации в Украине, предложены подходы для содействия этому процессу со стороны органов государственной власти и пути их устранения. Раскрыто понятие «правовая адаптация», ее содержание. Определены основные направления последующего проведения адаптации избирательного законодательства. |
| Description: | The situation of normative and legal and organizational support for the implementation of the adaptation of electoral legislation has been analyzed , the main shortcomings of the procedure of realization of adaptation in Ukraine have been identified, the approaches to facilitate this process by the state authorities 1and ways of their elimination have been proposed in the article. The concept of “legal adaptation”, its content has been discovered. The main directions of the further realization of adaptation of the electoral legislation have been determined. Adaptation of national legislation to the legislation of international organizations is carried out by the authorized bodies of state power through such administrative processes as: planning, coordination and control. The latter find their consolidation in the national legal acts through the lawmaking. Adaptation is an integral part of integration processes, a prerequisite for the harmonization of national legislation with the legislation of international organizations. This is a systematic process that involves several successive stages, each of which should achieve a degree of compliance with national legal rules and standards. |
