| Abstract: | Статтю присвячено питанням реалізації правовідносин у сфері місцевих фінансів. Проведено порівняльний аналіз законодавства України і законодавства Азербайджану, яким регулюються питання реалізації фінансових прав та обов’язків учасниками правовідносин на місцевому рівні. Статья посвящена вопросам реализации правоотношений в сфере местных финансов. Осуществлен сравнительный анализ законодательства Украины и законодательства Азербайджана, которым регулируются вопросы реализации финансовых прав и обязанностей участниками правоотношений на местном уровне. |
