| Abstract: | Досліджено взаємозв’язок й взаємообумовленість свободи та відповідальності у правовому суспільстві. Проаналізовано особливості прояву свободи й відповідальності на особистісному та суспільному рівнях. Розглянуто сутнісні характеристики свободи та відповідальності у трикутнику громадянин-суспільство-держава. Обґрунтовано, що свобода у правовому суспільстві є запорукою для творчості та самореалізації особистості. Исследована взаимосвязь и взаимообусловленность свободы и ответственности в правовом обществе. Проанализированы особенности проявления свободы и ответственности на личностном и общественном уровнях. Рассмотрены сущностные характеристики свободы и ответственности в треугольнике гражданин-общество-государство. Обосновано, что свобода в правовом обществе является залогом для творчества и самореализации личности. |
| Description: | Investigated the relationship and interdependence of freedom and responsibility in the legal community. In the legal community person has the choice of certain behaviors, which caused by the current legislation, at the same time it can be a creator of a new order, using existing democratic procedures. The development of rule of law in this context means not only an increase in the volume of human rights, but also a deeper understanding of responsibility, not only to themselves, their families, but also to society, government. The key to understanding and realization of the limits of freedom and responsibility of the citizen is knowledge. Analyzed the features of the manifestation of freedom and responsibility on the individual and social levels. The subjects of legal society able to create some form of life, to transform existing relationship, update and solve pressing legal issues. That this appears as existential and social freedom of citizens and social groups who want to push the limits of self-realization, assuming the responsibility (including the state) for the initiated processes and their consequences. Considered essential characteristics of freedom and responsibility in the triangle citizen, society and state. Democratic state should create a legal framework for the development of rule of law, the rights and freedoms of citizens, thus providing specific background for the manifestation of civic activism, opening creative abilities and more. Proved that freedom in the legal community is the key to creativity and self-identity. Freedom as a characteristic of being legal society provides opportunities for life strategy implementation and human value priorities. However, the act of free will desires and aspirations of the individual automatically provides the procedure of choice in various dimensions, from existential to the social. To perform this procedure, a person must be ready emotionally, intellectually, mentally, ideologically. |
