| Abstract: | Визначено сутнісні характеристики громадянської відповідальності особистості. Досліджено взаємозв’язок й взаємообумовленість розвитку громадянської відповідальності та правового суспільства. Проаналізовано базові рівні та чинники становлення громадянської відповідальності особистості. Розглянуто вплив інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій на характер взаємодії держави та правового суспільства. Обґрунтовано корелятивність та взаємозв’язок таких соціальних феноменів як громадянська відповідальність, громадянська компетентність та громадянська позиція. Определены сущностные характеристики гражданской ответственности личности. Исследована взаимосвязь и взаимообусловленность развития гражданской ответственности и правового общества. Проанализированы базовые уровни и факторы становления гражданской ответственности личности. Рассмотрено влияние информационно-коммуникационных технологий на характер взаимодействия государства и правового общества. Обоснована коррелятивность и взаимосвязь таких социальных феноменов как гражданская ответственность, гражданская компетентность и гражданская позиция. |
| Description: | Defined the essential characteristics of the individual civil liability. It is noted that the existence of a civil liability due to the historical context, the type of political and legal system, the level of awareness and moral consciousness of society and so on. Investigated the relationship and interdependence of civil liability and legal society. The legal person governed society as legal norms and moral principles based on the dictates of his own conscience. That is why it is essential for the existence of rule of law in the presence of a citizen of a developed legal and moral consciousness (consciousness). In turn, civic responsibility has moral and legal dimensions. Analyzed baseline and factors of individual civil liability. Determined the following levels of civil liability personality: active citizenship (high-level civil liability), citizenship reproductive level (middle level civil liability), and passive citizenship (low level of civic responsibility).Considered influence of ICT on the nature of interaction between the state and the rule of law. The introduction of information and communication technologies in public administration should provide not declared and actual publicity power, precise performance of its legislative provisions that will contribute to building the rule of law. Publicity authorities have specific background to enhance its accountability to citizens, raising the legal culture officials. Grounded correlation and the relationship of such social phenomena as civic responsibility, civic competence and citizenship. Civil responsibility of the individual formed based on civic competence that allows up strengthening the foundations of the existence of the legal values of society. The logical continuation of awareness of human civil liability for certain social processes is making her own citizenship and evaluation of events taking place in society. Citizenship is the cornerstone of human social action. |
