| Abstract: | Статтю присвячено суб’єктам інноваційної праці: визначаються види суб’єктів інноваційної праці та пропонуються юридичні критерії їх виокремлення. Розглянуті процедури оцінки та атестації інноваційних працівників. Запропоновані шляхи удосконалення законодавства. Статья посвящена субъектам инновационного труда: определяются виды субъектов инновационного труда и предлагаются юридические критерии их выделения. Рассмотрены процедуры оценки и аттестации инновационных работников. Предложены пути совершенствования законодательства. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to the subjects of the innovative labour. It have been defined the subjects of the innovative labor and offered legal criteria for their selection. The author defines innovative labour as an employment of certain categories of employees (academic staff, production staff of innovative enterprises), the object of which is to create an innovation that is the design, implementation in production and sale of innovative products. It is inseparable from its carrier, has an individual, subjective and largely creative character. It is labour, which in addition to regulated labour component contains innovative component that turns it into a new type of work – the innovative labour. The author describes the follow features of the innovative labour: creative character, innovative activities, subjective, individual character, and low risk nature of the predicted outcome. |
