| Abstract: | Розглянуто феномен політичних медіатехнологій. Простежено історію формування теорії громадської думки. Розкрито основні методи політичного впливу засобів масової інформації на електорат. Проаналізовано природу і сенс політичної міфотворчості. Зроблено висновок про те, що надалі роль і значення медіатехнологій у політичному процесі зростатимуть у контексті становлення постінформаційного суспільства. |
| Description: | We consider the phenomenon of political media technologies. Traces the history of formation of the theory of public opinion. Reveals the basic methods of political influence of the media on the electorate. Examines the nature and meaning of political mythmaking. It is concluded that the future role and importance of media technologies in the political process will increase in the context of developing post-information society. |
