| Abstract: | Статья посвящена исследованию правовой природы договорных отношений в финансовом праве. Выделяются два вида договоров в финансовом праве – нормативные и индивидуально-правовые. Делается вывод о возможности урегулирования некоторых финансовых отношений путем заключения индивидуально-правых договоров. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to research of the legal nature of contractual relations in financial law. Two kinds of contracts in financial law are distinguished normative – standard and individually-legal. The conclusion about the possibility of settlement of some financial relations by the conclusion of the individually-legal contracts is done. |
