| Description: | The article proves the conclusion that Supreme Soviet Presidium of USSR (Ukraine) gradually lost some functions of the supreme organ of state power, which he had between sessions of the Supreme Soviet of the republic. In recent years, the Bureau turned to the authority of the Supreme Soviet of Ukraine to organize his work. Constitution of Ukraine of 1996 Presidium of the Supreme Council of Ukraine has not provided. |
