| Abstract: | The article explores the impact of applying artificial intelligence (AI) tools in project management during software development. It analyzes modern AI instruments used at various stages of the project life cycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. A SWOT analysis is employed to identify the strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities associated with the use of AI in project management. Using the Decision Making Helper decision support software, a priority scenario for implementing AI in the field of project management in software development has been determined. |
