Abstract: The question of regulation of military service relations, technical and material support, responsibility for misdemeanors of soldiers has been raised. In all countries of the world, the development of these issues has taken place in different ways, and therefore we have the opportunity to observe different systems of regulation of relations in the military sphere. Everyone knows that the rule of law is inextricably linked to each person and society as a whole. There is a reason to study the issue of military law and the differences of different legal systems of different countries, taking into account the development and extraction of useful information from different systems of military law Although England and Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland have diverged in more detailed rules of common law and the law of justice, and although certain legislative powers have been transferred to Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and London, there are key areas of law common to all.
