| dc.description | The scientific work identifies certain modern approaches to determining the financial and legal nature of cryptocurrency. It is emphasized: if cryptocurrencies are electronic money, then the further development of legal support for the circulation of electronic money should take into account the peculiarities of cryptocurrencies and their circulation as a specific type of such money; if cryptocurrencies are considered as a monetary surrogate, it is necessary to prohibit their circulation in order to avoid the negative consequences of using such a surrogate. | ru_RU |
