The article is devoted to the correlation of limited sanity with physiological affect and physiological intoxication. A different nature of physiological intoxication and mental disorder is considered and therefore this type of intoxication can not be considered as a medical criterion of limited sanity. The position that physiological affect is not a mental disorder, and can not fall under the signs of limited sanity, is upheld taking into account the opinion of psychiatrists.uk_UA
