dc.description	Article is devoted to research of legal problems of carrying out municipal reform in Ukraine, its legislative providing. The condition of municipal and legal reality in Ukraine, development of institutes of the municipal right in modern conditions, influence of national and foreign experience on formation of idea of reorganization of the territorial organization of the power in the state is analyzed in work. As a result of research the reform directions, legal problems, which exist, concepts of reformation are outlined and the own view of the solution of separate political and legal problems of the organization of the public power is offered.	en
