dc.description	The article is intended to explore the international experience in social security of workers injured in an accident at work and workers suffering from occupational diseases. The paper presents the comparative analysis of social security systems against accidents at work existing in the world, as well as their proposed classification along with the division in three groups and description of advantages and drawbacks of each of them. Also there has been conducted an analysis of functional social security systems of injured at work in Germany, the UK, of Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Spain, etc. Based on the article the author draws conclusions regarding necessity of further spread of social insurance in countries where the harm caused by an accident at work or by an occupational disease is still compensated according to the norms of civil law.	en
dc.description.abstract	Стаття присвячена дослідженню світового досвіду захисту постраждалих від нещасного випадку на виробництві та професійного захворювання. В роботі викладається порівняльна характеристика існуючих у світі систем соціального захисту від нещасного випадку на виробництві, а також пропонується їх класифікація з поділом на три групи та зазначенням переваг та недоліків кожної з них. Також проводиться аналіз функціонуючих систем страхування постраждалих на виробництві в Німеччині, Великобританії, Данії, Швеції, Норвегія, Фінляндії, Іспанія та в інших країнах. На підставі цього аналізу автор доходить до висновку, щодо необхідності подальшого поширення соціального страхування в країнах, в яких досі шкода, завдана нещасним випадком на виробництві або професійним захворюванням, відшкодовується за нормами цивільного права.	en
