dc.description	The article analyzes the concept of "the limits of Criminal Procedure, Evidence", showing its relationship to the subject of the criminal procedure of proof. Systematized and analyzed a variety of scientific approaches to understanding the limits of proof. It is concluded that for a proper understanding of the concept of "proof beyond" it is necessary to distinguish between two aspects: the first - the essence of this concept, which is understood certain limits evidentiary activity and the second - both quantitative and qualitative criteria for determining when to achieve these limits. dc.description.abstract	В статье дается общий анализ понятия «пределы уголовно-процессуального доказывания», показывается его соотношение с предметом уголовно-процессуального доказывания. Систематизированы и проанализированы различные научные подходы к пониманию пределов доказывания. Сделан вывод, что для надлежащего понимания понятия «пределы доказывания» необходимо различать два его аспекта: первый – сущность этого понятия, под которым понимаются определенные границы доказательственной деятельности, и второй – количественные и качественные критерии определения момента достижения этих границ. Исследован вопрос о соотношении пределов доказывания на стадиях досудебного расследования и судебного разбирательства.	en
