| Abstract: | In the article the question of classification of accessories is examined on kinds. The well-known to science of criminal law of theory of classification of accessories on kinds are analysed. The mine-out is pointed science and the definitions of separate types of accessories used in a criminal statute: performer, organizer, instigator, and accomplice. |
