dc.description	Stability as sign of the organized group and criminal organization is examined in the article. To date legislative determination of concept of stability is absent in УК of Ukraine, that creates complications for investigators, public prosecutors, court, determining a presence or absence of this sign in composition a crime. Pointed differentiation of concepts «stability» and «solidarity» on the basis of etymologic value, taking into account opinion of scientists concerning establishment of maintenance of these terms. The analysis of legal literature, decisions of Plenum of Supreme Court of Ukraine and Russian Federation comes true. Authorial definition of concept of stability and criteria of her evaluation are set forth.	en
dc.description.abstract	В статье рассматривается устойчивость как признак организованной группы и преступной организации. На сегодняшний день в УК Украины отсутствует законодательное определение понятия устойчивости, что создает сложности для следователей, прокуроров, суда, определяя наличие или отсутствие этого признака в составе преступления. Приводится разграничение понятий «устойчивость» и «сплоченность» на основании этимологического значения, с учетом мнения ученых по поводу установления содержания этих терминов. Осуществляется анализ юридической литературы, постановлений Пленума Верховного Суда Украины и РФ. Сформулирована авторская дефиниция понятия устойчивости и критерии ее оценивания.	en
