dc.description	In the article the stages of judicial reform in Ukraine are analyzed. Three methods of judicial reforming are investigated: borrowing of foreign experience, following of typical model, the individual approach. The expediency of application of the individual approach is proved from the scientific point of view at reforming of judicial system of Ukraine.	uk
