| Abstract: | В работе показано внедрение системы предпринимательства в Украине в годы нэпа, дана краткая характеристика различным категориям арендаторов государственных предприятий, сделан анализ законодательного обеспечения защиты прав и интересов работников частных предприятий, освещена работа государственных органов и профсоюзных организаций в этом направлении. |
| Description: | The study shows the implementation of the private entrepreneurship system in Ukraine during the years of the New Economic Policy. It provides the characteristics of different categories of state companies’ leaseholders and analyzes the laws aimed at protecting the labor rights and interests of workers of private companies. It also covers the work of state authorities and trade union organizations in this sphere. |
