| Description: | In the article the attempt of historical analysis of genesis of moral, professional requirements and activity of judges is done on the different stages of national social and political development the features of orientation of their social-psychological settings (necessities, values, interests, persuasions) and personality professional potential are examined (level of knowledges, abilities, skills, culture of legal and ethics thought). |
