| dc.description | The basic methods of measuring of latent victimization of population in the article are analyzed. On the basis of comparison of their use for measuring of latent victimization of population the necessity of the use is grounded, first of all, sociological methods of measuring latent victimology population of different countries of the world. The indicated methods allow with the possible degree of error to set the volume of latent victimization of population of country on the whole. A necessity is grounded during enumerating of population in Ukraine that is pre-arranged on 2016, to include questions that will give an opportunity to describe latent to victimization of population of Ukraine for previous five years, with the purpose of construction of prognosis of this phenomenon in the future. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | В статье анализируются основные методы измерения латентной виктимизации населения. На основе сопоставления их использования для измерения латентной виктимизации населения обосновывается необходимость использования, в первую очередь, социологических методов измерения латентной виктимности населения разных стран мира. Указанные методы позволяют с допустимой степенью погрешности устанавливать объем латентной виктимизации населения страны в целом. Обосновывается необходимость при проведении переписи населения в Украине, которая запланирована на 2016 г., включить вопросы, которые дадут возможность охарактеризовать латентную виктимизацию населения Украины за предыдущие пять лет, с целью построения прогноза изменения этого явления в будущем. | en_US |
