Abstract: Military law is essential in training personnel for Ukraine's security and defense sector. It’s significance goes beyond legal aspects, as it also impacts the formation of professional ethics and skills of future leaders in the Ukrainian security and defense sector. Military law is a crucial element of the personnel training system. It clearly outlines legal obligations and ethical principles that are necessary for the highly professional performance of duties in the security and defense sector. The professional ethics enshrined in military law establish norms of behavior, loyalty to the state, and obligations to citizens, ensuring that our armed forces are always operating at the highest level of professionalism and expertise. Our training program adheres to international standards, creating personnel, who maintain high ethical and legal standards. We equip our staff with the necessary skills to confidently resolve ethical dilemmas in difficult situations.
