It is determined that the competitiveness of the regional economy is a determining criterion for the effectiveness of state regional policy. It is proved that it is important to achieve competitive advantages to determine the innovation opportunities of the regions, to improve the environment for innovation through the creation of appropriate infrastructure, financial and regulatory support.	ru_RU

Визначено, що конкурентоспроможність економіки регіонів є визначальним критерієм ефективності державної регіональної політики. Доведено, що важливим у досягненні конкурентних переваг є визначення інноваційних можливостей регіонів, покращення середовища для провадження інноваційної діяльності шляхом створення належного інфраструктурного, фінансового та нормативного забезпечення.	ru_RU
