dc.descriptionThe article analyzes the legal experience of the implementation of the process of resocialization of convicts, the results of which necessitates to reform the system of correctional influence on convicts. It is established that before any civilized state there is a task to increase the effectiveness of the fight against crime. The reform o f the criminal-executive system aims at a qualitative change in the organization o f the execution of punishment, the formation of a new system of correctional influence on convicts, bringing the conditions of serving a sentence in line with international standards, which envisages the humanization of the conditions of serving a sentence, wide involvement of the public and the media in the process of correction persons sentenced to imprisonment in the form of deprivation of liberty.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractВ статье в рамках исследования проведен анализ международного опыта реализации процесса ресоциализации осужденных, результаты которого свидетельствует о необходимости реформирования системы исправительного воздействия на осужденных. Установлено, что социальная помощь в процессе ресоциализации осужденных носит комплексный и непрерывный характер, в ней участвуют как государственные, так и негосударственные организации.ru_RU
