| Abstract: | В статье представлен анализ исследования историографии «Русской правды» по книжным раритетам, хранящимся в отделе редких изданий библиотеки Национального юридического университета им. Ярослава Мудрого. Базой исследования стало многотомное собрание русских летописей, издаваемое Археографической комиссией с первой половины XIX в., прижизненное издание М. В. Ломоносова «Древняя история от начала российского народа до кончины Великого князя Ярослава или до 1054 года», где представлены исторические сведения о деятельности князя Ярослава Мудрого и о его «Русской правде», а также более 200 первоисточников XVIII-XIX вв. Представлен историографический анализ периодов активизации научных исследований «Русской Правды», хронологии и географии ее изданий. |
| Description: | The article presents an analysis of the study of the «Russkaya Pravda» historiography on book rarities stored in the library department of rare editions of the Yaroslav the Wise National Law University. The research was based on the multivolume collection of Russian chronicles, published by the Archaeography Commission from the first half of the 19th century, in the lifetime edition of M. V. Lomonosov «Ancient history from the beginning of the Russian people until the death of Grand Duke Yaroslav or until 1054», which presents historical information about the activities of Prince Yaroslav the Wise and his «Russkaya Pravda», as well as more than 200 original sources of the 18-19 centuries. The historiographic analysis of the periods of increased research of the «Russkaya Pravda», chronology and publication geography are presented. |
