| Description: | The current state of sectoral procedural sciences allows to implement formalization of theory bases for procedural law in Ukraine, its principles, sectoral institutes, a single conceptual apparatus. This article specifies the basics of the process as a complex system. The essence and significance of its structural elements, the interaction between them are under study. The paper defines the procedural law in Ukraine. The criteria of process unity are analyzed. |
