| Abstract: | Досліджено категорію господарської компетенції, яка є новою для вітчизняного законодавства правовою конструкцією стосовно учасників майнових відносин, визначено склад учасників договірних відносин у сфері обігу лікарських засобів – юридичні особи з їх відокремленими структурними підрозділами та фізичні особи-підприємці, здійснено розподіл господарської компетенції вищезазначених суб’єктів. |
| Description: | Investigated the category of economic competencies that is new to the domestic legislation legal design against participants of property relations, the composition of participants of contractual relations in the sphere of circulation of medicines are legal entities with their separate structural units and individual entrepreneurs carried out the distribution of economic competence of the aforementioned subjects. |
