| Abstract: | У статті здійснено аналіз стану державного регулювання правовідносин у галузі охорони здоров’я, здійснення медичної діяльності фактично поза межами правового поля так званими лікарняними касами, зроблено висновок щодо предмета державного регулювання діяльності у галузі охорони здоров'я – суспільних відносин, що виникають між фізичною особою та закладом охорони здоров'я з приводу реалізації та захисту належного громадянину права на конкретний вид медичної допомоги або медичного та фармацевтичного обслуговування. |
| Description: | The article presents the analysis of the state of state regulation of legal relations in the field of health, carrying out medical activities are actually outside the legal framework of the so-called sickness funds, the conclusion concerning the subject of the state regulation of activities in the field of health public relations arising between an individual and the health care institution regarding the exercise and protection belonging to the citizen the right to a specific type of medical care or medical and pharmaceutical services. |
