| Abstract: | Заходи оперативного впливу, спрямовані на зобов’язану особу (боржника) у літературі прийнято ділити на: а) позитивно-перспективні; б) негативно-ретроспективні. У даній роботі увагу буде приділено позитивно-перспективним заходам впливу, спрямованих на зобов’язаного боржника з метою добровільного (досудового) врегулювання конфлікту. |
| Description: | Operational impact measures aimed at the obliged person (the debtor) in the literature can be divided into: a) positive-perspective; b) negative-retrospective. This paper will focus positively influence prospective activities aimed at the debtor's obligations for the purpose of voluntary (pre) settlement. |
