| dc.description | Changes in the relationship concerning with the professional training of employees arising from socio-political and economic changes in the country. Market economy needs skilled workers who can quickly adapt to the employer’s gradually increasing stringent requirements. It is necessary to consider the concept of vocational training of employees. Such a concept contained in international statutes and national acts. Also it’s important to analyze scientists’ opinion about the issue of vocational education and its species and, eventually, draw conclusions. Analysis of the correlation of vocational training, retraining and advanced training of employees led to the following conclusions: 1. The purpose of training is to teach workers new professions that they previously didn’t have. 2. The purpose of retraining is to obtain additional knowledge and skills focused on learning another profession on the ground of basic training. 3. Advanced training focused on expanding and deepening or updating theoretical and practical knowledge due to the increased requirements to the qualification level. The author proposes to change the current legislation with above-mentioned provision. | en |
