Abstract
Розглянуто сучасний стан наукової розробки проблем забезпечення реалізації принципу законності в режимі виконання-відбування покарань у виді позбавлення волі. Проаналізовано науковий доробок провідних вчених у галузі кримінально-виконавчого права з цих питань.
В статье рассматривается современное состояние научной разработки проблем обеспечения реализации принципа законности в режиме выполнения-отбывания наказаний в виде лишения свободы. Проанализирован научный потенциал ведущих ученых в области уголовно-исполнительного права по этим вопросам.

Description
The article deals with the current state of scientific development problems of ensuring the implementation of the principle of legality in the execution mode, serving sentences of imprisonment. It analyzed the scientific potential of leading scientists in the field of criminal-executive law on these matters. The problem of security of prisons is comprehensive. It is not just confined to the protection from criminal attacks by prisoners, and includes protection of those who work in institutions from the effects of dangerous technical, medical and other adverse factors, aggravated in prison. These include the use of technology, to overcome the destructive capacity which becomes a problem in recent years in maintaining public safety.
The article focuses on the definition of security of penal institutions. The basic threat to the security of facilities and proposed measures to address them. The author proves that there is a theoretical and methodological understanding of the principle of rule of law and its implementation in the mode of execution and punishment of imprisonment. Achieving this goal is provided by the solution of certain tasks. The problem of the principle of legality in the execution mode and punishment of imprisonment, despite their importance and relevance, is not yet sufficiently developed theoretical science of penal law. The urgency of the problems outlined caused primarily by uncertainty and episodic theoretical studies of law, as one of the basic principles of performance and implementation of the regime of serving the sentence of imprisonment.
