Abstract
В докладе проведен анализ вопросов, связанных с процессом осуществления электронной торговли. Выделены имеющиеся в законодательстве пробелы по урегулированию указанных отношений, обоснована необходимость регламентации положений связанных с установлением требований по осуществлению интернет-торговли и оплаты товаров, сформированы предложения по их практическому решению и даны рекомендации с целью обеспечения безопасности осуществления электронной коммерции.
Description
The present report analyses issues related to e-commerce. The gaps in the regulation of these relations are set out in the legislation, the necessity of regulating these provisions associated with the establishment of requirements for the implementation of Internet commerce and payment in kind is substantiated, suggestions for their practical solution are formulated and recommendations are given in order to ensure the security of the implementation of e-commerce.
