Abstract
Осуществлена попытка выяснить соотношение категорий «следственная ситуация» и «ситуация следственного действия», их связь и отличие. В работе раскрыта внутренняя структура и содержание ситуации следственного действия, предоставлено определение категории «ситуация следственного действия».
An attempt to find out correlation of categories «investigation situation» and «situation of investigation action», their connection and difference is carried out. An underlying structure and maintenance of situation of investigation action is in-process exposed, determination of category is given «situation of investigation action».
