Abstract
Анализируются положения проекта Трудового кодекса Украины. Автор исследует тенденции развития законодательства о материальной ответственности работников в Украине, предлагает способы разрешения проблемных вопросов этого института трудового права.
The article is dedicated to the legal analysis of the provisions of the Labour Code of Ukraine devoted to the material responsibility of employees.
