Abstract
У статті подано огляд існуючої періодизації природоохоронної діяльності в Україні другої половини XX століття. Відсутність єдиної прийнятої періодизації пояснюється структурно-функціональним характером цієї сфери, а також відсутністю спеціальних історико-правових досліджень. У статті розглядаються основні критерії визначення історичних етапів правової охорони природи в Україні. Запропонована та обґрунтована періодизація за «встановленим законом» критерієм. Автор наводить часовий графік охорони природи в Україні, поділений на п'ять етапів у зазначений період.
Description
The article provides an overview of existing periodization of nature protection in Ukraine in the latter half of the 20th century. The absence of a single accepted periodization is explained by the structural functional character of this sphere, as well as, by the lack of special historical and legal studies. The paper deals with the main criteria for definition the historical stages of the legal nature protection in Ukraine. The periodization on the «statutory» criterion is proposed and just infected. Author gives the timeline of nature protection in Ukraine divided into five stages in the indicated period.
