Description
In this article, a contract as a unique legal instrument that provides both normative and individual legal regulation and also as an instrument for coordinating legal regulation is viewed. A general theoretical description of the contract as a legal act is shown. It is emphasized that the contract has bilateral or multilateral character and is based on the parties’ agreement entering into it to achieve a certain legal purposes, gaining the legal order recognition, etc. The article also defines the basic principles and functions of the contract.
